Click the Map
tab below the New Project heading.
Set a name and choose a location for the project, then click OK
.
A new folder will be created.
Double-click to open the new project folder.
Double-click the file with the .aprx
extension.
This will open ArcGIS Pro.
Ensure you are using the same version of ArcGIS Pro on both computers.
Transfer the entire project folder, including all its contents, to the other computer.

: A folder that contains XML
files storing log messages.
Index
: A folder that contains map thumbnails and keeps track of items stored in the project file.
.gdb
: A geodatabase where data is stored by default.
.aprx
: An ArcGIS project file that contains maps and print layouts.
.atbx
: The default toolbox.
Additional folders or files may be created when certain operations or tasks are performed in the project.
